Usually I don't really like to talk about someone's style, because I don't think it takes so many skills to have beautfil clothes. But this guy caught my eye, his look is simple, well proportioned, and well balanced between casual and smart. Perfect everyday outfit, not overdressed, I dig it.

I was looking for a pair of suede brogues, and I did not want them to be brown, neither a too extrentic color, so the navy came naturally. After a quick research on the internet I found these McNairy's that were exactly what I wanted. The quality is definitely here, they are extremely comfortable and light, especially for smart shoes, and they look really good.

September is here, so it is time to focus less on boat shoes and canvas sneakers, and more on leather mid or high top shoes. One of my fall/winter pair of shoes will be this pair of Redwing chukkas. In this period of boots frenzy, I was pleased to discover that with these shoes, I bought a product that not only looks, but FEELS tough. They have a steel toe, keep ankles in place very well and feature a leather that makes me think a bit about the one that is on horse riding seats. A pure quality, american-made product.
